Personal Care Workers holding Certificate III and IV, Disability Support Workers, and workers trained for complex and 2:1 supports. We cover sleepover and active night shifts, respite, and behaviour support trained placements.

For NDIS environments every worker carries current NDIS Worker Screening, held on a live clearance register and re-verified before expiry rather than at onboarding only.

Workers are engaged under the SCHADS Award 2010 or the Aged Care Award 2010 as the setting requires, with full entitlements met by us as the employing agency.
