Best Nursing Agency Pty Ltd (ABN 35 674 002 932) handles personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
From client organisations: contact and role details, site information, and the context needed to match a suitable worker to a placement.
From workers and applicants: identity and contact details, qualifications, registrations, screening clearances, work history and availability.
Where a client shares information about a participant or client for the purpose of workforce matching, we ask that appropriate consent is in place for that disclosure.
How we use it
To match workers to placements, verify credentials, meet our obligations as a labour hire provider and employer, and administer rosters, timesheets and payroll.
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where necessary to deliver the service, or where required by law or a regulator.
Access, correction and complaints
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by contacting [email protected] or 0451 870 447.
