Common Questions

Frequently asked.

The questions providers ask us most often, answered plainly.

Are you a service provider or a staffing agency?

We're a staffing agency. We supply credentialed workers to organisations that hold the package, plan or contract. We don't hold participant plans, manage care packages or take clients directly onto our books.

Which programs have you supplied workers into?

NDIS, Support at Home, Home Care Packages (all levels), CHSP, DVA, residential aged care, hospitals and health services, TAC and workers compensation schemes, health insurer programs and private fee-for-service arrangements.

Can you cover shifts at short notice?

Yes. Our 24/7 on-call line exists specifically for short-notice and emergency coverage across aged care facilities, SIL houses, hospitals and community services. Same-day cover is achievable in most of our operating areas.

What screening do your workers hold?

Depending on the placement: NDIS Worker Screening, national police checks, Working with Children Checks, AHPRA registration, statutory declarations, vaccination status, manual handling, medication competency and first aid and CPR currency.

Do you handle payroll, insurance and award compliance?

Yes, that's the point of using an agency. Our workers are engaged and paid by us under the applicable Modern Award. We carry public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation cover.

Can we hire a worker permanently after a temp placement?

Yes. We offer temp-to-perm arrangements and direct permanent recruitment. Conversion terms are agreed upfront in your service agreement.

Do you supply domestic and gardening workers, not just clinical staff?

We do. Alongside nursing and allied health we supply domestic assistants, cleaners, gardeners and lawn maintenance workers, home maintenance workers and meal preparation assistants.

Do you work in regional and remote areas?

We supply across metropolitan and regional Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland and the Northern Territory. Remote placements are assessed case by case.
