As a labour hire provider we carry the screening burden so your organisation doesn't have to. Every check is verified at onboarding and re-verified before expiry.
Screening and registration
NDIS Worker Screening: current clearance verified for every worker placed into an NDIS environment, held on a live clearance register rather than checked once at onboarding.
AHPRA registration: verified before every nursing and allied health placement, with notations and conditions monitored continuously.
Police and WWCC: national police checks and Working with Children Checks current for all workers, with jurisdiction-specific requirements applied.
Licensing and engagement
Licensed labour hire provider, compliant with the Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) and equivalent state schemes.
All workers are engaged under the Nurses Award 2020, SCHADS Award 2010 or Aged Care Award 2010, with full entitlements met by us as the employing agency.
Competency verification covers manual handling, medication administration, infection control, first aid and CPR currency, applied per role requirement.
Insurance and incident reporting
Public liability, professional indemnity and workers compensation cover are in place. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Incident and near-miss reporting is aligned to SIRS and NDIS reportable incident obligations, and escalated to your team the same day.
