Nursing

We place Registered Nurses (Div 1), Enrolled Nurses including medication-endorsed ENs, and Clinical Nurse Specialists into aged care facilities, SIL houses, hospitals and community programs. Every nurse holds current AHPRA registration, verified before placement and monitored for notations and conditions.

Our pool includes wound care and complex care nurses, High Intensity Daily Activities trained staff, and nurses experienced in palliative and continence care. Where a placement carries a specific clinical requirement, we match on that requirement rather than on availability alone.

Nurses are engaged and paid by us under the Nurses Award 2020, so award interpretation, penalty rates and entitlements sit with the agency rather than with your rostering team.
