Best Nursing Agency Pty Ltd (ABN 35 674 002 932) is a healthcare staffing agency and labour hire provider. We supply workforce to providers, facilities and health services; we do not hold participant plans or care packages.
We operate in accordance with the Fair Work Act 2009 (Cth), Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), Labour Hire Licensing Act 2018 (Vic) and equivalent state schemes, and applicable obligations arising under the Aged Care Act 2024 (Cth) and NDIS Act 2013 (Cth). All workers are engaged under applicable Modern Awards including the Nurses Award 2020, SCHADS Award 2010 and Aged Care Award 2010. NDIS Worker Screening Checks and AHPRA registration are verified before every placement requiring them.
