Best Nursing Agency Pty Ltd is a healthcare staffing agency headquartered in Ballarat, Victoria, supplying credentialed workforce to providers and facilities across four states.
What we do
We supply workforce. We are not a service provider: we don't hold participant plans, manage care packages or take clients directly onto our books, which means we're never competing with the organisations we supply.
That distinction matters commercially and legally. It keeps our interests aligned with yours, and it determines which regulatory obligations sit with us as the employing agency rather than with you as the provider.
How we work
Every worker is screened, credentialed and matched to your program's requirements before placement. We carry the screening burden, the award interpretation, the payroll and the insurance.
You get one point of contact. Timesheets, invoicing, replacements and roster changes are handled by a dedicated account manager rather than routed through a queue.
Every worker screened before they reach your floor.
The account manager who scopes your requirement stays with it, so context is never lost between shifts.
